MINTNERVE brings customers, enquiries, jobs, tasks, calendar review, quotes, invoices, recorded payments, expenses and reports into one business workspace.
Business records also contains your existing customer/supplier contacts, priorities, income, expenses, balance-only invoices, file references and training. It is designed for everyday organisation, not accounting, payroll or tax lodgement.
Link to this answer ↗Open Customer access and sign in, or create an account using the same email as your purchase. Complete email verification if requested. Existing customers should keep their current account and subscription.
Open Setup, review your business details and add your first customer. Add a task or enquiry, then wait for the save to complete. Your account starts with your own business information; you do not need to copy a sample business.
If you purchased but cannot access your workspace, contact support with the purchase provider and receipt reference. Do not purchase a second membership to fix access.
Link to this answer ↗Use Setup → Set business details to review your business name, email, address, optional ABN, GST registration setting, payment terms and quote validity.
The rich workspace displays document amounts in AUD and uses Australian business settings. Membership checkout prices are separately stated in USD. Review all business and tax details before issuing documents; MINTNERVE does not verify your registration or provide tax advice.
Link to this answer ↗Yes. Open MINTNERVE in your browser and use the same account on each device. An internet connection is required for cloud records.
Finish saving on one device before editing the same record on another. If another tab has a newer revision, reload the saved records before retrying. Keep a copy of any unsaved draft first.
Link to this answer ↗Open Business records in the workspace. Your existing customer/supplier contacts, priorities, income and expenses, balance-only invoices, file references and training are available there.
These records retain their original fields and amounts. Balance-only records remain separate from quote-based invoices and job totals to avoid double counting. The Compatibility editor remains available for the older view; you do not need another account or membership.
Link to this answer ↗Open Customers → Add customer. Enter the customer's details, review them and save. Only store information you are entitled to process.
If you are updating a contact from the earlier product, open Business records and edit that original contact. Adding someone as a contact does not give MINTNERVE permission to send them marketing.
Link to this answer ↗In Settings, use Import customers from CSV. Prepare a CSV with the headings name, email, phone, address. Export a backup before importing and review the preview before confirming.
Duplicate email addresses are skipped and new customers default to no marketing consent. Spreadsheet files must be exported as CSV first. Do not retry an uncertain import until you have checked the saved customer list.
Link to this answer ↗Open Tasks to add a task and its due date, then save. Mark the task complete once the work is done and wait for the change to save.
Use Today to review record-based priorities and Calendar for dated work. Older priority records are available in Business records.
Link to this answer ↗Use Enquiries for potential work and follow-ups. Use Jobs for work you are organising or carrying out. Link the work to a customer and enter the relevant scope and dates.
Check the customer and work details before preparing a quote so the document reflects the correct job.
Link to this answer ↗Calendar is a view of dated work in MINTNERVE. External Google Calendar or Outlook synchronisation is not included in the current public service.
Keep any separate appointment system up to date yourself. Do not assume that creating a task or job sends a calendar invitation or reminder.
Link to this answer ↗Business-record file references describe where a file is kept; they do not upload or store the attachment itself.
Keep the original file in storage you control and use a reference you are authorised to share. Avoid public file links for private customer information. Customer CSV and JSON backup imports are separate from attachment storage.
Link to this answer ↗Recurring work helps organise repeated jobs in your workspace. Review the schedule and any generated work before relying on it.
A recurring job is not a recurring customer payment, automatic invoice email or MINTNERVE membership renewal. It does not charge a card.
Link to this answer ↗Add a customer and enquiry or job first. In Quotes, create a draft for the work, add line-item descriptions, quantities, selling prices and estimated costs, then review discounts, validity and GST settings.
Review the document preview before selecting Finalise quote. Finalising freezes the customer, business and quote details. Use Revise when an issued quote needs to change.
Link to this answer ↗Share the reviewed document yourself and obtain the customer's decision through your normal communication channel. For an issued quote, use Record decision in MINTNERVE and enter the acknowledgement reference where requested.
The current public service does not include a customer acceptance portal. Recording a decision is your record of the customer's response; the app does not obtain acceptance for you.
Link to this answer ↗Prepare and finalise a quote, then record the customer's acceptance. In Quotes, choose Create invoice for the accepted quote. Review the invoice details and due date before saving and sharing it.
The Invoices page points you to Quotes when an invoice must be created from a quote. Older balance-only invoices are edited separately in Business records.
Link to this answer ↗In Invoices, select Record payment for an invoice with an outstanding balance. Enter the amount actually received, payment date and reference, then save and check the remaining balance.
Recording a payment does not collect, transfer or refund money. Handle the real payment through your bank or payment provider. Balance-only invoices in Business records have their own balance fields.
Link to this answer ↗Finalising preserves the document details that were issued. Use Revise to prepare a revised quote rather than silently changing the earlier issued version.
Review the revised document and communicate the change to the customer yourself. Export a backup before making significant financial corrections.
Link to this answer ↗Quote-based invoices and job finances are separate from the older balance-only invoices and income/expense lists in Business records. They are not automatically combined into one accounting ledger.
Compare the record type, payment history, date range, adjustments and report scope before treating a difference as an error. If an amount still appears wrong, contact support with a redacted example; do not create duplicate payments to force a total.
Link to this answer ↗Use Finances for the rich workspace's financial records and Business records for your original income/expense entries. Choose the area that owns the record rather than duplicating the same transaction in both.
Record real amounts and dates, review any settlement or adjustment and retain the original supporting documents independently. These records do not move money or replace professional accounting records.
Link to this answer ↗Payhip: USD $24.55 initially, made up of $19 setup and $5.55 for the first month, then USD $5.55 per month until cancelled.
Gumroad: USD $9 one-time setup and USD $5.55 monthly membership, requiring two purchases. That is USD $14.55 initially across both items, then USD $5.55 per month until cancelled. Applicable taxes appear at checkout; currency conversion or provider fees may apply.
Choose one provider route only. Existing customers retain their agreed price and subscription. See Pricing for the existing checkout links.
Link to this answer ↗No. Payhip and Gumroad are alternative routes to the same MINTNERVE service. Choose one.
Within the Gumroad route, both the setup purchase and monthly membership are required using the same email. Within Payhip, use the existing membership checkout. Existing members should not buy setup again for a normal renewal or product update.
Link to this answer ↗Check the email on your receipt and sign in with that same email. Complete email verification if requested. For Gumroad, confirm that both required purchases use the same email.
If access is still missing, email support with your provider, receipt reference and error text. Do not send card details, passwords or licence keys. Do not buy again while the original purchase is being checked.
Link to this answer ↗Use the customer subscription-management route linked in your original Payhip or Gumroad receipt. The current cancellation policy and platform-specific guidance are linked under Terms, privacy & support.
Keep the provider's cancellation confirmation. If you cannot find the management link, contact support with your receipt reference. A cancellation request, refund request and workspace-closure request are separate actions.
Link to this answer ↗A cancelled subscription does not establish an upcoming renewal. A past paid entry in Billing History proves that recorded payment, not a future charge or an active subscription.
Read the provider's cancellation confirmation and effective date. If you want to resume, contact support before purchasing again so the correct existing account and provider route can be checked. There may be no Restore or Renewal button on the screen you are viewing.
Link to this answer ↗Email support with the purchase provider, receipt reference, charge date and a short explanation. Never include full card details. A visible refund button is not required to ask for help.
Requests are assessed under the published refund policy and applicable consumer rights. A refund does not automatically cancel future renewals; cancellation must be checked separately. No automatic refund approval or processing time is promised by this help page.
Link to this answer ↗Check your original provider's billing notice and subscription-management page. Use the provider's secure flow for payment-method changes; do not send payment credentials to support.
If the app shows read-only access, avoid creating a second membership. Viewing and export options may remain available where offered. Contact support with the notice and receipt reference if the provider status and app access disagree.
Link to this answer ↗No. Stopping renewal, requesting a refund and requesting workspace closure are different actions. Export your records before cancelling or requesting closure.
Access timing differs by provider: the current policy states Payhip membership content access ends when cancellation is processed; Gumroad follows its confirmed effective date and status. Ask support about workspace access or export needs. A closure request does not itself stop billing or instantly erase all retained records.
Link to this answer ↗Open Customer access and choose Forgot password. Enter your account email, check your inbox and spam folder, then open the newest reset email and complete the password change.
Use your own trusted browser. Do not forward the link or share your password. If the message does not arrive, check the address you entered before requesting another link.
Link to this answer ↗Use the newest reset email; an older or already-used link may no longer work. Open the link directly in the browser where you intend to finish recovery, then complete the form promptly.
If a fresh link still fails, stop repeatedly opening older links and contact support with the error and approximate request time. Never send the reset URL, token, password or recovery key.
Link to this answer ↗Check spam, junk and filtered folders, confirm the address spelling and allow time for delivery. Search for MINTNERVE and check that you are using the email associated with your account.
If it remains missing, contact support with the type of email requested and approximate time. Repeated requests can make it harder to identify the newest valid link. A checklist notification is not a password-reset or account-verification email.
Link to this answer ↗Keep the tab open and copy your unsaved text. If Download unsaved draft is offered, save it securely before reloading. Check your connection and wait for any ongoing save to finish.
Use Reload saved records or Retry to load the latest cloud version, then review whether the change already exists before applying it again. Do not clear browser storage or overwrite a newer record just to remove an error.
Link to this answer ↗First confirm that you signed in using your usual account email. Then check Business records for original record types and the relevant Customers, Jobs, Quotes or Invoices page for rich workspace records.
If loading failed, retry loading rather than creating replacements. If records are still missing, stop imports or duplicate entry and contact support with the affected area and approximate last-seen time. An empty screen alone does not prove deletion.
Link to this answer ↗Cloud records require an internet connection. Do not rely on an offline change being queued for later synchronisation.
If your connection drops during editing, preserve any unsaved draft and check the saved records after reconnecting before retrying. Wait for saving to finish before closing a tab.
Link to this answer ↗In the rich workspace, open Settings → Export backup for its JSON records. If you also use Business records, choose Export all records (JSON) in that area. Export both when you use both record areas.
CSV exports are available for business-record lists, but a CSV list is not the same as a full JSON backup. Store exports securely because they contain your business information. Keep your original external files separately.
Link to this answer ↗First export the current workspace. In Settings, use Import JSON backup only with a compatible MINTNERVE export, then review the proposed import and any conflicts before confirming.
A rich-workspace JSON export, Business records export and encrypted .vault backup are different formats. Do not rename one to make it look like another. Contact support before attempting an unfamiliar recovery process; a file download alone does not prove a successful restore.
Link to this answer ↗No. Encrypted application snapshots and offsite copies support recovery operations, but they do not by themselves prove a complete restoration of sign-in accounts, stored files, source code and every hosted component.
Keep independent exports and original documents. This help centre does not promise a fixed recovery time or complete restoration guarantee. Never send a saved recovery key or encrypted backup password to support.
Link to this answer ↗Only enter information you are authorised to process. Do not store passwords, full card details, recovery keys or unnecessary sensitive information in customer notes or file references.
Payment details belong in the payment provider's checkout. Keep exports private and redact personal or payment information from support screenshots. Read Terms, privacy & support for the current handling of account and workspace information.
Link to this answer ↗Export your records, separately check or cancel any renewal through your purchase provider, then email support with your request. Proportionate identity checks may be needed.
Some information may need to be retained for billing, tax, security, dispute or legal obligations. The published policy explains the current approach. Do not assume a closure request instantly deletes every backup or cancels billing.
Link to this answer ↗Use the checklist form on the public website. Enter your email and submit; after a successful request, use the download offered in your browser. The link is short-lived, so download and keep your copy promptly.
Product updates are a separate optional checkbox. Requesting the PDF does not itself create a paid membership or workspace account. If a request fails, follow the message on the form; contact support if a successful request still does not provide a working download.
Link to this answer ↗The public website offers SuperBot chat for general product questions. This is separate from a private-workspace AI assistant; the integration does not connect the bot to your business records or let it change them.
Messages you choose to send are processed by SuperBot. Do not enter passwords, recovery keys, payment-card details or sensitive customer records. Chat replies can be inaccurate; check the current policies and pricing and use email support for account or billing decisions.
The searchable Help Centre remains available without using chat. Record-based priorities and ordinary workspace tools do not require a chat session.
Link to this answer ↗The current public release is a solo workspace; shared-team permissions are not included. Do not share your password with staff or customers.
Use the same account across your own devices. Contact support if team access is essential before purchasing on the assumption that it is available.
Link to this answer ↗Email [email protected] with the page or feature, what you expected, what happened, the exact error and approximate time. For billing or missing access, add your purchase provider and receipt reference.
Send only redacted screenshots. Never send passwords, reset links, full card details, licence keys or recovery keys. Do not make a second purchase to work around a support issue. Support is handled by email; no instant or 24/7 response promise is made here.
Link to this answer ↗Start in Today and review due tasks, follow-ups and outstanding work. Choose the next useful action rather than moving between separate lists. Check Calendar for dated jobs.
Add new enquiries while the details are fresh, link them to the right customer and set a follow-up date. Record completed tasks and payments actually received as you go.
Before finishing, check that saves have completed and review what is due next. Priorities are prompts based on the records you enter, so keep those records current.
Link to this answer ↗Create a customer once and link enquiries, jobs and quotes to that customer. Build the invoice from the accepted quote rather than retyping its line items into a separate document.
Update the area that owns an existing record. Keep older balance-only invoices and income/expense records in Business records rather than duplicating them in rich job finances. Check for an existing customer before adding another.
Finalised documents preserve the details issued at that time. If those details change, review the appropriate revision rather than expecting every earlier document to change automatically.
Link to this answer ↗Example: record a new enquiry for a customer, add the scope and follow-up date, then organise the work in Jobs and Calendar. Prepare a line-item quote with selling prices and estimated costs.
After obtaining approval through your normal communication channel, record the decision and create an invoice from the accepted quote. Share the reviewed PDF yourself and record deposits or payments when received.
Use job finances and outstanding balances to review the work. MINTNERVE does not dispatch workers, charge the customer or automatically send the document.
Link to this answer ↗Keep client contact details in Customers and prospective work in Enquiries. Record the scope and next follow-up, then use Tasks to keep delivery actions visible.
Prepare quotes for agreed services, organise accepted work as jobs and review invoice balances after recording actual payments. For repeated services, use recurring work to organise jobs and review generated work before relying on it.
Treat this as a solo operating workspace. Shared-team permissions, external calendar sync and automated client messages are not included.
Link to this answer ↗Review open enquiries and follow-ups, upcoming jobs and overdue tasks. Check draft and issued quotes so you know which need your next action.
Review unpaid and part-paid invoices, recorded expenses and report date ranges. Compare quoted costs with the work you actually recorded; the app cannot know about costs or payments that you have not entered.
Export the rich workspace from Settings and export Business records too if you use it. Keep the copies securely and retain original receipts and files separately. Reports support your review; they are not a replacement for bookkeeping or tax advice.
Link to this answer ↗Give each enquiry a clear next follow-up date and use tasks for actions you need to take. Review Today regularly rather than relying on memory.
For quotes or invoices, use Draft follow-up to prepare wording, review it against the actual document and customer situation, then copy and send it through your own communication channel.
Drafting does not send a message or guarantee that the customer saw it. Record your action and set the next follow-up yourself.
Link to this answer ↗Start with your business details, one real customer and one task or enquiry. Wait for each save, then check the saved record. Add quotes and invoices when your actual work needs them.
Use a consistent routine: review Today, update the records you used and export regularly. You do not need to populate every feature before the workspace is useful.
After a week, review whether customer details are easier to find, follow-ups are being recorded and balances match your records. Focus on the features that solve your own repeated admin work; no fixed time-saving or sales result is promised.
Link to this answer ↗Try a shorter search such as “invoice”, “password” or “backup”, or choose All topics.
Email your purchase provider, the page you were using, what you expected and the exact error. Include a redacted screenshot if useful. Never send passwords, recovery keys, licence keys or card details.
For a possible duplicate charge or missing account access, contact support before buying again.
Contact support ↗Updated 4 November 2026. This guide describes the current public service. Your agreed membership terms and applicable rights remain unchanged.
