Checklist & email privacy.

When you request the Small Business Record Keeping Checklist, we collect your email address, request time and whether you separately opted into product updates. We store these details in our existing Supabase project and send a notification to our support inbox through Resend.

Your choice about updates

The product-updates checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. Requesting the PDF does not itself subscribe you to product updates. We record the wording version and time of your choice. You can withdraw consent or request access, correction or deletion by emailing [email protected].

The checklist download

Once the request completes, your browser receives a short-lived link to the PDF. This does not create a paid membership or a workspace account. We do not collect payment information through this form.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate website traffic and performance. We do not send the email form value to analytics. This release does not add advertising pixels or cross-site marketing trackers.

Handling your information

Access to checklist requests is restricted to the operator. Service providers may process information outside Australia. You can contact support about storage, retention or deletion. This page does not promise an automated deletion schedule or an unverified retention period.
